All shipments of watches purchased on the website are free of charge. We require payment for shipping on orders of straps and bracelets only. We ship by DHL, FEDEX or BRT.
Delivery lead time varies depending on the country of destination.
For purchases outside the European Union, taxes are not included in the price and will be required by the courier or customs authorities in the country of destination.

Within 15 (fifteen) days from the receiving date of the product after the purchase on www.trematicwatch.com, the customer has the right to the withdrawal.

Instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure will be provided by the company. We ask to indicate the product sku, date of purchase and order code.
All items must be returned unworn and in its original conditions, including their original packaging. Should the product be returned damaged, used or not in its
original condition the return will not be accepted.
We offer an international guarantee of 5 years (60 months). The watch
will be covered for any malfunction not related to improper use of the same.
All the eventualities excluded from the coverage of the international
guarantee are accurately described in our sales conditions, please check the International Guarantee section.
Straps and Bracelets are excluded from the coverage of the warranty.

Our straps are designed to fit all the wrists with the major comfort and wearability. Finely handmade in Italy in the Marche region, crafted to last and to adjust perfectly to the case.
respecting the fauna
We made a choice here. Since the first collection we have decided not to use any animal origin product. Our leather straps are made exclusively with vegan materials in order to respect the environment and the animal world.
Recycled rubber bands
Our effort is focused on all the parts of our products. We use recycled rubber for our bands and vegan materials also for packaging. All the straps are equipped with the quick release system.
