All our watches are Swiss Made and feature a Swiss mechanical movement.

Our straps are made in Italy with animal free materials.

Sales prices and VAT calculation

All prices shown for products available on destined to countries within the European Union are including VAT, which is already calculated on the showcase page.

All prices shown for products available on destined for countries outside the European Union are not inclusive of VAT and do not include any import duties and taxes.

Prices are in Euro (EUR) for the European Union and in US Dollars (USD) for Non-EU markets.

The above prices are excluding of shipping costs. All the merchandise priced above EUR 130.00 and 170,00 USD is free shipped. Therefore, no user, anywhere in the world, will be required to pay shipping charges for orders over EUR 130.00 or USD 170,00. For products with a price below EUR 130.00 or USD 170,00, the total cost of the order is equivalent to the price of the ordered products and services plus the relevant shipping costs, which will be calculated at check out.

Upon order confirmation the customer will receive emails that will include order confirmations, shipping updates, and other notifications such as payment notification.



Taxes and duties

The merchandise is shipped from Italy. Regarding orders completed by customers located within European territory, there will be no duties charged and vat will already be included in the indicated sale price. On the other hand, for orders completed by customers located outside the EU, the forwarder or local governmental authorities may require duties, import taxes and brokerage fees, which are full responsibility of the customer. The company does not cover the cost of duties, customs, taxes and any brokerage fee required and issued by the country of destination. These fees are beyond the control of the company and will not be calculated at the time of payment.

What is charged by foreign governments and couriers is not on the behalf of the company.

If the receiver, refuses delivery of his or her order, for any reason not attributable to the company, such as: customs charge, his or her package will consequently be considered abandoned and will most likely be disposed of by the courier company and consequently, for this reason, will not be considered eligible for a possible refund by the company.

If an order is not received or accepted by the receiver,, the company reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost.

Once the product has been shipped it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Once the email request for service is received, the company will ask the customer to attach any photos and videos describing the damage the customer may have suffered.

Each Trematic watch is protected by an international warranty for a period of five (5) years starting from the date of purchase, according to the terms and conditions of the official warranty included int the instruction booklet.

The Trematic international warranty covers manufacturing defects found at the time of delivery of the purchased watch.

The warranty comes into effect only if the warranty card, included within the watch's instruction booklet, has been completely and correctly filled out and stamped by an official Trematic dealer and if the customer has consequently filled out the appropriate warranty form at . If, after verification by the company, the damage suffered is indeed confirmed and covered by the warranty, the customer, upon presentation of the necessary warranty documents, again within the aforementioned 5 years, will be entitled to free repair of any manufacturing defect, with only the cost of transportation and related insurance to be borne by the customer.

The 5-year international warranty offered by the manufacturer does not cover: normal wear and tear and obsolescence of the product, damage on any part of the product resulting from incorrect/potentially harmful use of the product, lack of care, negligence, damages such as bumps, scratches, dents, scratches on glass or glass breakage, etc.

Please also note that the international warranty will be considered expired if the product is tampered with or damaged by unauthorized personnel such as for service or repair or has been altered from its original condition.

The above manufacturer's warranty is independent of any warranties that may be provided by third-party sellers, for which those third-party sellers are solely responsible; the company international warranty does not affect the purchaser's rights against the third-party seller or any other compulsory statutory rights that the purchaser may have against the third-party seller but which are not attributable to the company.

Return Policies

Within 15 (fifteen) days from the receiving date of the product after the purchase on , the customer has the right to the withdrawal. In this case, the customer is 'required: to present the original receipt and return the product in its integrity (with documents and original box).

Instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure will be provided by the company. We ask to indicate the product sku, date of purchase and order code.

Following confirmation from the parent company, only and exclusively provided by email, once the necessary conditions have been verified, the customer can proceed with the return shipment.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the returner. It is required to use a tracking-enabled shipping service and use one of the major couriers such as: (UPS, DHL, BRT, etc.).

All items must be returned unworn and in its original conditions, including their original packaging. Should the product be returned damaged, used or not in its original condition the return will not be accepted.

Payment method and customer data

For payment related to a purchase we accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards all circuits, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (installment payment method). We do not store or share credit card details, customer profile details with third parties. With the purchase the customer confirms to be entitled to make the payment using the chosen method. Following confirmation of payment, the customer finally approves your order.

Delivery method

We will select the most appropriate courier depending on the country of destination.

We will deliver the goods, packing them with the utmost care and respecting the option the customer selected during the order process. The indicated delivery period by which you receive your order may vary.

We ship from Italy with tracking indication. Due to the fact that we ship from a country within the European Union, should the product be destined outside of the European Union, the customer may be subject to requests for payment of import duties and taxes, which will be requested and collected once the shipment reaches the country of destination. The demand may come from the courier on behalf of the government of the country of destination or from the government authorities themselves.

Please note that customs policies differ from country to country. Please be aware that international shipments may, on a random basis, be subject to cross-border inspections by local customs authorities.

Wrist wear

We advise our customers, upon receipt of the watch, to proceed with wrist testing in the following manner: wrap the watch around the wrist without fastening it, this way the customer will avoid wearing the strap at the height of the buckle and if necessary, in case the customer wants to proceed with the return, you will do so avoiding the wear of the watch in its entirety.
