Returns

Within 15 (fifteen) days from the receiving date of the product after the purchase on www.trematicwatch.com, the customer has the right to the withdrawal.

Instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure will be provided by the company. We ask to indicate the product sku, date of purchase and order code.

All items must be returned unworn and in their original conditions, including the original packaging. Should the product be returned damaged, used or not in its original condition the return will not be accepted.

International Warranty

We offer an international guarantee of 5 years (60 months). The watch
will be covered for any malfunction not related to improper use of the same.

All the eventualities excluded from the coverage of the international
guarantee are accurately described in our sales conditions, please check the International Guarantee section.

Straps and Bracelets are excluded from the coverage of the warranty.

A great dress watch

I finally received my Archivio Uno and I am so happy that I chose this watch. It looks and feels great on the wrist, it is a perfect size and the dial font and style makes it just unusal enoigh to attract the right sort of admiring comments.
I should also make mention of the excellent customer service given to me by the whole crew at Trematic. Sadly, my import was one of the first that they had experienced after the new tariff rules. Although that fee was an unpleasant surprise, the Trematic team really did help me deal with it in a stress free way.

Perfecto! ( almost :)

Ordered from UK and received my watch within a week including customs. Supercool watch with sprit of 60th but with modern technology. I measured accuracy and surprised to see +-2 seconds per day. Grazie mille, Trematic for sending me a watch with COCS grade accuracy.
Now below are feedback for improvement, I found hand winding the watch slightly difficult. Received my order with brown bracelets , light brown with actual leather would be better option for this watch. But overall quite happy.

Cool 60's Vibe

I have the 502 Panna and it is more elegant, stylish and beautiful when worn than the photographs can ever convey. It has a very cool 50's/60's vibe.
This is what Trematic wanted to capture with this model, and they have achieved this wonderfully.
The watch screams to be worn with a short sleeve Polo shirt, either driving in an open top sports car or enjoying summer drinks at the Bar.
The watch is pure style and creates a great sense of fun. I am looking forward to wearing throughout the summer.
