Within 15 (fifteen) days from the receiving date of the product after the purchase on www.trematicwatch.com, the customer has the right to the withdrawal.

Instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure will be provided by the company. We ask to indicate the product sku, date of purchase and order code.
All items must be returned unworn and in their original conditions, including the original packaging. Should the product be returned damaged, used or not in its original condition the return will not be accepted.
We offer an international guarantee of 5 years (60 months). The watch
will be covered for any malfunction not related to improper use of the same.
All the eventualities excluded from the coverage of the international
guarantee are accurately described in our sales conditions, please check the International Guarantee section.
Straps and Bracelets are excluded from the coverage of the warranty.
